1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tt44 website at tt44.bet, creating a user account, placing a bet, spinning a slot reel, or otherwise making use of any product or service offered through the tt44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the tt44 platform regardless of the device used to access the service — including desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets operating on networks available throughout Bangladesh, including those provided by Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, and Airtel Bangladesh.

If you are acting on behalf of a third party or registering an account for someone else's benefit, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In all cases, personal liability for compliance with these Terms rests with the individual whose name and identity credentials are associated with the registered account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or interpretive dispute, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the tt44 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuous basis throughout the account lifecycle:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tt44 does not permit access to persons under 18, and the platform employs age verification checks at multiple points in the registration and withdrawal process.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own account, for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or institutional account registration is not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tt44 or notified to tt44 by the user.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of tt44 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from tt44 management.

tt44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other equivalent documentation acceptable under Bangladeshi law. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified by tt44 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If tt44 determines — at any stage — that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration or during any session in which real-money play occurred, the account will be closed immediately. Any balance remaining in the account will be returned via the original deposit channel where technically feasible, and any winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money betting and casino products on tt44, you must create a verified account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number (a valid Bangladeshi mobile number), and a preferred payment method such as bKash or Nagad.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the tt44 platform. If tt44 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, mobile number, NID number, device fingerprint, IP address, bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be merged into a single account at tt44's sole discretion, or forfeited entirely if fraud is suspected.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tt44 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tt44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tt44 immediately by contacting the support team. tt44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tt44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tt44 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tt44 does not charge fees on deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard processing times are as follows: mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited within minutes under normal operating conditions; bank transfer methods may take up to 24 hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

tt44 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its absolute discretion, including deposits that may relate to suspicious activity, potential money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating wallet or bank account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account. This rule is in place as a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies without exception. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

tt44 may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal request triggers enhanced due diligence checks, processing times may be extended. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively after registration to avoid delays at the point of cashout.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

tt44 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. No foreign exchange conversion takes place. All displayed odds, bonus amounts, withdrawal limits, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tt44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL calendar, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means the bonus must generate ten times its value in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be processed).

• tt44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and partially wagered will be handled in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, exploitation of wagering loops, or collusion — will forfeit all bonuses and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tt44 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event. General rules governing all betting and gaming activity on tt44 are as follows:

• Bets are only accepted on the specific outcome options presented within the tt44 interface. Verbal bets, bets placed via support channels, or bets referencing markets not listed on the platform are not valid.
• tt44 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• For cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, and other international tournaments: in the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result controversy, the void or settlement rules of the applicable cricket governing body (ICC or BCB) will be applied as far as technically feasible.
• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by tt44's licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Evolution Gaming. tt44 does not intervene in individual game outcomes.
• Crash game results — including Aviator by Spribe — are determined by the game provider's certified provably fair algorithm. tt44 accepts no liability for connectivity issues that may interrupt a crash game round after a bet has been placed.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the tt44 platform you agree to use the service in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the tt44 platform.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the tt44 platform in any way, including placing bets, completing registration, or circumventing security controls.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or share bet information in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are deemed void and will be reversed.
• Using the tt44 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. tt44 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant financial intelligence bodies.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, crawl, or otherwise reproduce any part of the tt44 platform, its game content, odds data, or user interface.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tt44 support staff or other users of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tt44 platform — including but not limited to the tt44 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, written content, marketing materials, odds data feeds, and analysis tools — is the intellectual property of tt44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tt44 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, sublicence, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the tt44 platform. Any unauthorised use of tt44 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content displayed on the tt44 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and others). All studio names and game titles are the trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

tt44 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tt44 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable, and secure service, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed odds at any given moment, or the compatibility of the platform with all device types and network configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, tt44 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or betting opportunities resulting from platform downtime, connection interruptions, or technical failures beyond tt44's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to adequately protect their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, bonus terms, or wagering requirements.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even where tt44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit tt44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In all other cases, tt44's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

tt44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where tt44 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• The account holder is — or was at the time of registration — under the age of 18.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to tt44.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any verified remaining balance net of applicable bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered bKash, Nagad, or other payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, tt44 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where the nature of a change is significant, tt44 may additionally notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the tt44 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
