2 18+ Age Restriction Policy

Reductions to your deposit limit take effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period — a built-in safeguard that gives you time to reconsider before a higher limit becomes active.

Once a limit is in place and you have reached your cap for the day, week, or month, all further deposit attempts will be automatically declined until the relevant period resets. This applies to all payment methods simultaneously — you cannot bypass a ৳5,000 daily limit by switching from bKash to Nagad, for example.

5 Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

Sometimes you simply need a short break — perhaps after a stressful week, during a period of financial pressure, or whenever you feel that gambling is taking up too much of your mental energy. tt44's time-out feature lets you pause your account for a defined period without permanently closing it.

Available time-out durations on tt44 are:

• 24 hours — a quick reset when you need a single day away from the platform.
• 48 hours — a weekend break or two-day pause.
• 7 days — a full week away, useful during stressful periods such as financial month-end, exam season, or family commitments.
• 30 days — a month-long cool-off period, suitable when you want a meaningful break to reassess your gambling habits.

During an active time-out, your tt44 account is fully suspended. You will be unable to log in, view your account balance, make any deposits, place any bets, or access any casino games or slots. Scheduled withdrawals that were already in progress at the point of activation will still be processed normally, so your funds remain accessible.

Time-out activations take effect immediately and cannot be reversed or ended early — this is deliberate. If you request a 7-day time-out, your account will remain suspended for exactly 7 days regardless of any subsequent request to reactivate it sooner. This cooling-off protection exists to help you, not to restrict you arbitrarily.

6 Self-Exclusion Programme

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive responsible gaming tool available on tt44. It is designed for players who believe they have — or are at risk of developing — a serious gambling problem and who want to remove themselves from the platform for an extended period or permanently.

Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion is not a short pause. Once self-exclusion is active, your tt44 account is locked for the chosen exclusion period, and tt44 will take active steps to prevent you from creating a new account during that time. Self-exclusion periods on tt44 start at a minimum of 6 months and extend in increments up to a permanent (indefinite) exclusion.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

• Your full name and tt44 username.
• The exclusion period you are requesting (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent).
• A brief statement confirming that the request is voluntary and made under your own decision.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During this period, your account is immediately placed into a restricted state — you can still log in to request a withdrawal of your remaining balance, but you cannot place bets, access games, or make new deposits. Once the exclusion is fully processed, all access is removed.

What Happens After Self-Exclusion Ends

At the end of your self-exclusion period, your account will NOT be automatically reactivated. You must contact tt44 support to request reactivation. Before reactivation is granted, our team will offer a brief responsible gaming consultation to confirm that you are returning to gambling in a considered and controlled manner. A minimum 7-day reflection period applies between the end of exclusion and the reinstatement of full account access.
